Our meaningful pathways to employment, supports young people to develop confidence, experience, and the practical skills needed for work by offering:

Tai Chi, relaxation, and mindfulness sessions for physical and mental wellness.

Guided painting, drama, and creative therapies to support emotional expression.

Wellbeing check-ins, self-care routines and stress management workshops.

Support around emotional regulation, routines, and self-care.

Confidence-building activities to support personal growth.

Workshops on healthy living, hygiene, nutrition, gym, team games and fitness.

 

Communication sessions, including sign language.

Peer support groups and one-to-one mentoring.
