Access Ability CiC – Autism and Disability Specialists Blackburn with Darwen Lancashire

About Access Ability

Access Ability (CIC) is an independent service committed to providing specialist disability transition support for young people aged 18 and over.

Our support is person-centred and tailored, with young people actively involved in shaping their own pathway. We take time to understand each individual’s goals, strengths, and needs—ensuring their voice is central to planning and decision-making.

We deliver alternative and flexible provision that removes barriers, builds confidence, and empowers individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives.

Through a welcoming and inclusive environment, we help young people build skills, gain confidence, and take meaningful steps toward adulthood and work.

Whether the focus is on developing independence, improving wellbeing, or progressing into employment, we provide personalised, empowering pathways designed to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Access Ability is more than a service — it’s a supportive community where young people with disabilities are empowered to grow in confidence, develop skills, and shape their own future.
